Soon we will share important information with you about an exciting change that is coming to your Digital Banking products (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay account). To ensure that you receive all notifications and instructions related to this change, it is critical that we have your most up-to-date contact information on file.
Please review your contact information within Online Banking. Login to your Online Banking & Bill Pay, then look for the "Options" tab within Online Banking. Within that, go down and click on "Customer Info." Look it over and please confirm that your US postal mailing Address and Email Address are correct. If they are not, please update them. If there are no changes, great! No further action needs to be taken.
