First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce that Dawn Marie Braun, Vice President and Private Banking; Kelsey Forsyth, Real Estate Lending Officer; and Kelly Rush, Vice President and Real Estate Lending Officer, were recently named to the Iowa Mortgage Association’s President’s Club for their efforts as home loan originators. The awards were given at the recent IMA Spring Conference in Cedar Rapids.
To earn the President’s Club honor, lenders must either close 130 real estate loans or have loans in excess of $20,000,000 for the previous year (2017). Both Braun and Rush work at the west Mason City location of First Citizens Bank while Forsyth works at the Charles City location.
