First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce these recent promotions: Ryan Fishel to Credit Analyst; Brenda Holzerland to Contact Center Representative I; Jaclyn Meier to Private Banking Officer; Cody Martin to Personal Banker II; Tracy Anderson to SVP, Credit Administration; and Melissa Moretz to AVP, Lending Relationship Officer.

Fishel joined First Citizens in 2020 as a Trust Operations Specialist.

Holzerland joined First Citizens in 2015 and was most recently a Teller at the downtown Mason City location.

Meier joined First Citizens in 2018 and most recently served as a Personal Banker. In her free time she volunteers at Grace Evangelical Free Church in Mason City on the music worship team. She also recently accepted the position of Treasurer for Main Street Mason City.

Martin joined First Citizens in 2020 as a Personal Banker. In his free time he serves as a volunteer coach for youth basketball.

Anderson has been with First Citizens for 20 years, and most recently served as VP, Credit Administration. She volunteers on the finance committee for Trinity Lutheran Church and is a member of the Community Impact Team for United Way of North Central Iowa.

Moretz has been with First Citizens since 2017 and was most recently a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager. She volunteers as Vice President for Worth County Farm Bureau, and as Vice President for North Central Iowa Ag in the Classroom. She is also a board member for the Iowa Bankers Association’s Commercial Lending School which helps plan the class curriculum and evaluates presenters.
