In our efforts to bring you the best possible online banking experience, First Citizens Bank is upgrading our Online & Mobile Banking and our Bill Pay solutions, and the new system will be available on Tuesday, September 18, 2018.

This enhancement will come with more flexibility, reliability and control for you, but it also will come with a few important changes that will temporarily affect the way you use Online Banking.

To login to the new system:

  • For your initial sign on, you'll use your current Username (previously known as Access Code)
  • Information about your temporary password was sent to you via postal mail. If you can not find that information, please call us at 800-423-1602 during normal business hours.
  • After reviewing and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you will be prompted to change your password. Some users may also be asked to change their username.
  • For current Bill Pay customers, all of your account information, your scheduled automatic payments, and twelve months of your payment history will transaction to the new system.

The new Online and Mobile Banking will feature the following innovative solutions:

  • Secure Support provides a secure email inbox within Online Banking that will enable you to send and receive secure emails to our customer service representatives. You can rest assured that your account information will be handled via a secure email box.
  • External Funds Transfer allows you to transfer funds online between your accounts at other financial institutions without visiting a branch or writing a check. You can set up automatically recurring transfers between financial institutions and choose the date of the transfer, whether it is the next business day, three business days -- the choice is yours.
  • Mobile Banking gives you full access to your account information, right from the palm of your hand! Securely view your account balances and transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, receive alerts and instant messages, and more.
  • Money Management allows you to see all of your accounts, including those with other financial institutions, all in one place! Plus you can easily track your spending, set budgets, and much more. All for FREE!
  • PopMoney allows you to pay people with only their phone number or email address! Standard delivery is free, while expedited delivery incurs a small fee. This service is only able to send money to people with bank accounts at financial institutions in the United States.
