Canstruction is in full swing at the Mason City West location of First Citizens Bank. This year we are creating a gingerbread house along with some gingerbread people. This is the seventh year that First Citizens has created a canstruction display. Help us with our creation by stopping in and dropping off non-perishable food items. Here is a list of the most needed items:
- Instant oatmeal - 10 packets to a box
- Cereal
- Peanut Butter
- Diced Tomatoes
- Mixed Vegetables
- Instant Potatoes
- Pork and Beans
- Chili Beans
- Elbow Macaroni
- Canned Chicken
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Cream of Chicken Soup
We will be accepting food items until Friday, December 14. All items will be donated to the Hawkeye Harvest Food Bank. Together, we CAN help the hungry!
