Nickelette joins Benny as a co-leader of our Power Saver Club. Fun facts about Nickelette: she likes to say she is named after her favorite coin, the nickel. Nickelette is a thinker and planner. She comes up with a lot of the ideas for the club such as skating parties, swimming parties, and painting classes. Nickelette is an avid saver. She saves almost all the money she earns or receives as gifts. She has a plan and sticks to it. If you ask her, Nickelette encourages all kids to be POWER SAVERS like her and Benny.
Our Power Saver account helps children divide their money up with a "Share/Save/Invest" bank. They also learn about writing down goals and the amounts that must be saved each week in order to attain them.
