First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Mindy Klapperich to Universal Banker and Theresa Starkey to Personal Banker. Both employees will be based out of the West Mason City location.
Mindy has been with First Citizens since 2005. Most recently she has served as a Private Banker at the downtown Mason City location. Theresa has been with First Citizens since 2016 as a Receptionist at the West Mason City location.
Mindy holds an AA from NIACC and a BS from Kaplan University. She is a graduate of the Iowa School of Banking from the Iowa Bankers Association. She is a member of the Lincoln PTO and has previously served on the board of Main Street Mason City and as a member of the Harding PTO. She and her husband, Ande, live in Mason City with their daughter, Bella.
Theresa holds a BS from Kaplan University. She volunteers with the local Girl Scouts. Theresa has two children, Andrew and Mikayla, and lives in Mason City.
