As a community bank, we care about the health and well-being of our customers and the communities we serve.
If you are experiencing financial hardship either directly or indirectly related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), please know that we are working hard to provide payment relief options to our loan customers.
Call our FCB COVID-19 Task Force at 800-423-1602:
- If you have a home loan from First Citizens. We are offering various loan modification options to eligible home loan customers. See if you qualify.
- If you have a consumer loan (personal loan, car loan, camper loan, etc.) from First Citizens. You may be eligible to defer up to 3 monthly payments on your loan.
