With curbside banking, we are bringing the bank to you in the comfort and safety of your own vehicle!
Here’s how it works:
- Drive to the bank.
- Park in a designated “Curbside Banking” space.
- Call the number on the sign.
- Let us know what you need.
- We’ll come out and you’ll be on your way in no time!
The following services are offered with our Curbside Banking:
- Coin exchange
- Notary/Medallion
- Change of address
- Wire transfers
- Account Opening
- Debit card request
- Order checks
- Credit card application
- CD renewals
- In-person help with mobile banking
- Pick up paperwork (copy of statement, tax form, etc)
You can take advantage of our Curbside banking Monday through Friday at most First Citizens locations. Due to placing extreme importance on the safety of our customers and employees, we ask that you adhere to COVID-19 guidelines regarding personal protective equipment during your visit.
