About the Iowa Bankers Association
The Iowa Banker Association (IBA) was founded in 1887 and has dedicated itself to serving Iowa banks and their employees. They bring together individual bankers from all over the state to gather and exchange ideas on the business of banking and to promote and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics within the banking industry. The IBA continues to look for ways to serve bankers through learning opportunities, legislative and regulatory representation, industry communications, and forums for peer communication. They provide regulatory compliance assistance and offer a host of human resources, marketing and financial literacy services.
