First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Gribben to President of First Citizens Bank, succeeding Marti T. Rodamaker, who remains CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Jeff has been at First Citizens Bank for over 20 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Buena Vista College in Storm Lake and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). A Mason City native, he is a graduate of Newman Catholic High School. He has four adult children
Jeff currently serves on the SHAZAM Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive and Steering Committees; a Board member and Executive Committee member the Mason City Chamber of Commerce; Committee member of Independent Community Bankers of America Cyber and Data Security; and a Board member and Past Chairman of the Newman Catholic Foundation Board. Previously Jeff has served on the Iowa Bankers Insurance Services (IBIS) Board and was a past Chairman; he was active in the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program through Community Bankers of Iowa; and has served in numerous local volunteer positions supporting non-profit organizations in the community.
