First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of one employee and the promotion of two members of the Wealth Management team.

Erin Trask has joined First Citizens as a Trust Operations Specialist in our Mason City office and will support the Trust Operations team in this role. With more than 20 years of banking experience, Erin most recently worked as a Compliance Officer/Assistant Cashier. She and her husband, Jason, have two daughters and live just outside Nora Springs.

Brad Dummett was recently promoted from Associate Investment Officer to Trust Investment Officer. Brad is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst Level II Exam Candidate and serves on the Wealth Investment Strategy Committee and the Trust Investment Committee. Brad started his career at First Citizens in 2013.

Chelsea Frederick was recently promoted from Trust Administrator to Trust Officer. In this role, Chelsea is responsible for administration of trust, conservatorship, and estate accounts. Chelsea is currently pursuing her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. She also serves on the Trust Administration Committee. Chelsea started her career at First Citizens in 2019 and has become a strong member of the fiduciary team at the Mason City location.
