First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce that Dawn Marie Braun, Vice President Real Estate Private Banking Officer; Kelly Rush, Vice President Real Estate Lending Officer; and Ryan Venz, Assistant Vice President Real Estate Lending Officer, were recently named to the Iowa Mortgage Association’s President’s Club for their efforts as home loan originators.
The Iowa Mortgage Association is a statewide organization dedicated to representing the housing and mortgage financing initiatives in the state of Iowa. The IMA is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to the mortgage industry and its support. In most cases these individuals have dedicated their entire careers to helping people purchase and refinance homes, thus contributing significantly to Iowa's economy.
The awards were given at the recent IMA Spring Conference in Davenport, Iowa. To earn the President’s Club honor, lenders must either close at least 130 real estate loans or have loans in excess of $20,000,000 for the previous year (2018). Both Braun and Rush work at the west Mason City location of First Citizens Bank while Venz works at the Charles City location.
