As of June 1, 2018, the payment remittance address changed for TCM credit card holders. The payment address changed from Tampa, FL to Carol Stream, IL. Please refer to your June statement for full address.
Payments sent to the old address will be forwarded to the new address in Carol Stream, IL until September 1, 2018. If payments are received at the old address after September 1, 2018, they will be returned to sender.
Bill Pay: If you are using a bill pay service, you will need to update the new remittance address accordingly.
Mailed Payments: If mailing in a payment, always include your statement coupon for faster service.
